There are two ways to send payment for a yurt rental once you have contacted us. If you have not already contacted us please do so before you send any payments.
Money Orders should be made out and sent to the name and address given when you contacted us.
After Contacting us, If you prefer to use a credit card, Please use this option. This is the only way we can accept any credit card. This also helps protect you as google does not give us any of your card information.
A full refund will be issued up to 14 days before the first full day of Pennsic (or Gulf Wars).
Within 14 days of the first full day of Pennsic (or Gulf Wars) a 50% fee of the rental price will be charged. 50% will be refunded.
After the Yurts are set up, no refunds will be issued.
